More than 150 people showed up to root on developer Pat Gillespie as he officially broke ground on his $12.3 million Stadium District building
across from Oldsmobile Park. The four-story building will add 20 for-sale condominiums, 30 rental apartments and about 30,000 square feet of office
and retail space to downtown.
